Character Background: You can just link a wiki here! If OC or are a canon where the wiki totally sucks, try to link SOMETHING helpful; failing that, write a brief summary - not more than 300 words - of what the character’s canon is about and where they fit into it. We’d like a sense of who they are in the context of their canon and generally what they do.
Character Personality: We love bullet points! You don’t have to use them, but if you’ve gone over 300 words then that’s too much. We’re after a summary here, not an essay.
Powers: A general rundown of the characters' abilities - specifics not necessary - as well as how they will be affected by the powercap if need be. A brief overview is all we need!

B) IC responses to a survey (you may use a different survey than the one provided as long as it's around the same length):

10. Do you have any questions that I can answer at this time?
